OPD responded to reports of a shooting Saturday morning around 2:48 a.m. at 1401 South 72nd Street.
Officers spoke to the victim who had a small mark on his arm. The victim told police he was driving eastbound on eastbound on I-80 and exiting at 42nd Street when a suspect car pulled up alongside his vehicle.
The driver yelled at him, pointed a gun and fired a shot.
The victim's front passenger side window of his vehicle was shot out. The man refused medical attention.
