OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Aubrey Trail's murder trial is entering its fourth week and today...the prosecution is expected to rest.
In that time, prosecutors have tracked Aubrey Trail and Bailey Boswell up to, and after, Sydney Loofe's disappearance with surveillance footage and other electronic records. One of the most chilling pieces of footage showed Trail crossing paths with Loofe the day prosecutors say she was murdered.
We also heard from women who say they were called witches in Trail's covenant and that they were urged to kill people to gain powers.
On 3 News Now Live at 6, Senior Reporter Jake Wasikowski will tell us if the prosecution is finished presenting their case against Trail and what comes next.

Defense had the pathologist point out that she couldn’t determine if the asphyxiation was intentional or accidental.

Also, the judge did not allow the public to view the autopsy photos. All evidence TV’s pointed only to the jury, witness, attorneys, and judge.@3NewsNowOmaha
