OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Later this morning the Health and Human Services Committee will announce how to qualify for assistance on rent and utilities.
Douglas County has received $166 million in federal funding from the Cares Act.
That money is to be used to help those dealing with job loss and financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
