OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — One of the residents at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo is celebrating a first birthday.
Silas, a male pygmy hippo turned one today.
Zoo staff celebrated with special decorations and a cake made out of sweet potatoes, grain and yogurt frosting.
Silas was born at 16.5 pounds to mother Chomel. Today, Silas weighs in at 264 pounds.
