Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul will campaign in Council Bluffs Thursday.
He has scheduled a meet and greet at 10 a.m. at the Council Bluffs Library (400 Willow Ave.).

After that, he heads to Sioux City, Carroll, Boon and Des Moines.
