Report says rent in Omaha is up this year

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A report from Zumper on rental properties across the nation ranked Omaha the 68th most expensive city out of 100 cities included in their study.

They observed prices for "one and two bedrooms settling at medians of $840 and $1,050, respectively" and say the cost of a two bedroom property is up 8.2% since last year.
