OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — In May, when Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts declared a state of emergency, rideshare dynamic/surge pricing was suspended per Nebraska Revised Statute 75-327. Today, just before the College World Series kicks off, the ban on surge pricing has been lifted.
The ban was lifted by executive order number 19-09 from Rickett's office.
