A health paraprofessional in the Bellevue school district has been arrested on child sex charges.
Bellevue Police arrested 48 year old Rosie Davis Friday afternoon on three counts of sexual assault of a child and booked into the Sarpy County Jail.
Police say earlier this month, an adult man reported to police that he was involved in a sexual relationship with a school health aide between 2012 and 2014 when he was a 14 to 16 year old student at CHAP School. The victim reported the sexual contact took place at several locations, including CHAP School.
After being notified by police, the Bellevue School District placed Davis on administrative leave. The district also confirms Davis has been an employee since December of 2002 and has been a health paraprofessional at CHAP School since August of 2006.
