Lincoln Police have made a second arrest in connection with a deadly shooting.
Investigators say Tiffany Sherry-Marie Welch faces charges of accessory to murder for the death of James Carr.
Police say Carr was shot and killed on Monday outside a home on N 20th Street, near Dudley Street.
Matthew Pavey, 24, is accused of firing the shots, police said. The two men were involved in an “on-going feud,” according to investigators.
