OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Douglas County officials are reporting a second person has died from flu-related complications.
Both victims have been over the age of 65.
Last week, the county said they had 300 new cases of the flu reported. County officials expect the trend of new cases to continue.
So far, this season there have been about 1,000 cases in Douglas County.
