The U.S. Marshals Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force and Sioux City Police arrested Saturnino Covarrubias on a felony warrant first-degree murder.
Omaha Police also arrested Antwan Lovejoy on a felony warrant for first-degree murder, and use of a weapon by a prohibited person.
Both suspects are being held for the shooting death of Andrew Peek at the Bucky's at 30th and Dodge on Aug. 12.
Police say their investigation continues.
