Friday afternoon, a weekend of family fun kicks off in downtown Omaha.
Septemberfest will be in full swing outside the CHI Health Center Omaha Arena. The event features midway rides, kids games, international cuisine, a car show and cage fights.
It runs through Monday and those who show a military ID can get in free Friday and Saturday.
