Despite the soggy weather hitting the metro area, a Labor Day tradition is expected to go on.
According to organizers, the SeptemberFest Parade will go on "rain or shine" starting at 10 a.m.
The route starts at 16th and Cass streets and ends at 10th and Mike Fahey streets.
The two-hour parade is expected to feature more than 80 groups made up of labor unions, marching bands, businesses, floats and artists just to name a few. This year, it's predicted roughly 3,550 walkers will participate.
