Anyer Bezanilla pleads no contest to 3 counts of indecent exposure and 5 counts of lewd conduct in Douglas County Court. Judge Vaughn goes beyond the agreed upon plea punishment and sentences him to 300 days in jail, 2 years probation, and treatment for his issues.
In September 2016, Bezanilla was outside Millard North High School when he exposed himself to 3 girls during 2 different instances. On Jan 6, 2017 he showed his genitals to two women outside the Target Super Center on 178th and West Center Road. Then on Jan 10, 2017 he exposed himself to 2 more women outside the Gordman's Store on 172nd and West Center Road.
With "Goodtime" he will likely serve another 27 days in jail. His attorney, James Martin Davis, was concerned for his safety after the sentencing because of the media coverage. Davis hopes Bezanilla will be able to serve the rest of his sentence on house arrest.
