Bellevue Police say a man suspected of taking photos underneath women's skirts last year has been arrested.

Investigators believe 33 year old Timothy Wilson is the man who used a cell phone to snap a photo underneath a woman's skirt in the Walmart on South 15th Street in Bellevue in September 2016. As a result of media coverage of that incident, two additional victims came forward. One incident occurred at the same Walmart in July 2016, and the other in May of 2016 at the Bellevue target store.

As part of their investigation, Bellevue Police served a search warrant at Wilson's home in Plattsmouth in October 2016 and seized clothing, cellular phones and a computer.

On Tuesday, the Sarpy County Court issued a warrant for Wilson's arrest. Wilson turned himself into police Wednesday and was booked for Intrude on Person Without Consent. Wilson remains in the Sarpy County Jail.
