Sarpy County deputies are at the scene of a serious crash near Gretna.
The crash happened around 4:45 p.m. near Highways 6 and 370 about a half mile from Nebraska Crossing Outlets. Deputies say the driver of an eastbound car on Highway 6 crossed over into the oncoming traffic lane and was hit head-on by a semi. A medical helicopter took one driver to a hospital for treatment.
Highway 6 is currently closed in both directions.
