Zachary Person made his first court appearance on Tuesday.
Person is currently facing two felonies related to a sexual assault that occurred at Home 2 Hotel near 180th and Dodge in West Omaha last week.
His bond remains at $1,000,000.
Last Friday, Douglas County deputies arrested the 29-year-old at his mother's home where detectives say they found multiple items of evidence linking him to the assault.

Deputies believe Person is responsible for multiple sexual assault cases in several states.
Douglas County Sheriff Dunning said in addition to the attempted sexual assault of a clerk at the Home 2 Hotel in West Omaha, Person was involved in a similar attack the same day in Sioux City.
