The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says a teen who was missing for most of the day is back safe at home.
Within hours of asking for the public’s helping in finding 16-year-old Sara Denny, who was described as having a "diminished mental capacity," authorities said she was located.
Officials said she went missing sometime after 10:30 a.m. near 90th and Ida streets Wednesday.
