OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Slick roads are leading to crashes around the Metro. The Nebraska Department of Transportation tweeted out an image of a vehicle in a ditch just North of Pacific street on 680 following a wreck . They are warning drivers to travel at slower speeds to avoid accidents.

Police also said Omaha is on an accident alert. People are being advised to exchange their information if able to move their vehicles and if there are no injuries and to then move on.
