COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. — Council Bluffs has declared a snow emergency parking ban ahead of Wednesday night's snowfall.
The parking ban will begin Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., remaining in effect until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
During a snow emergency parking ban, cars are subject to a fine and/or towing at the expense of the owner.
The ban applies to all streets posted as snow emergency routes.
