State Patrol finds 46 pounds of meth during traffic stop in Omaha

Nebraska State Troopers seized 46.5 pounds of methamphetamine and arrested three during a traffic stop in Omaha Friday night. 

According to a release, a trooper pulled over an SUV following too closely and a K9 detected the odor of a controlled substance from the vehicle. 

After a search, the meth and a small amount of marijuana was found. 

Erminia Everett and Evan Adamson, both 19, as well as 18-year-old Marcos Lee were arrested for possession with intent to deliver and no drug tax stamp. All were lodged in the Sarpy County Jail.
