Following thecancelation of the Storm Chasers' exhibition with the Royals, the team is offering a ticket exchange for those who were going to attend the sold out game.
According to a release, the Storm Chasers are offering a ticket of equal or lesser value to any home game throughout the season. Additionally, fans can also get a ticket to a home contest at Werner Park in a baseline box seat. Tickets must be exchanged in person.
The release also stated Chasers general manager Martie Cordaro and Royals GM Dayton Moore are working to schedule a game at Werner Park in 2019. The Chasers open their season on April 5 against the Colorado Spring Sky Sox.
