Community leaders plan to honor the a couple killed in a South Dakota crash, who founded the Hope Center for Kids, with a street naming Wednesday.
A portion of 20th Street, from Willis to Burdette, will be renamed for Ty and Terri Schenzel in a ceremony at 2:30 p.m. at the Hope Center for Kids (2200 N 20th St.).
