Study: Nebraska among nation's leaders in outbound moves

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - The "good life" in Nebraska apparently isn't good enough for some people.

A new study from Atlas Van Lines examined moving patterns in 2020. It found that Nebraska had the sixth highest percentage of outbound moves in the country.

Neighboring Iowa placed 10th on the states with the most outbound moves.

Idaho had the most inbound moves for the fourth time since 2016, the study found.

New York led the country in outbound moves in 2020, a designation it has held for two years in a row now.
