If you recently bought doughnuts from the Super Saver grocery store in Council Bluffs, there's a recall you should know about.
The store is recalling the following varieties of doughnuts made on April 30th and sold in the store May 1st and May 2nd because they may contain foreign objects: Rings, Bismarks, Long Johns, Fritters, Bird’s Nests, Fried Cinnamon Rolls, Twists, Yum Yums and Rosettes. The recalled products were sold individually in the display case on May 1 and in packages of six for “day-old” sale on May 2.
If a customer has donuts covered by this recall notice they should discard the donuts or return them to the store. If consumers have questions they should contact Super Saver at 712-322-8778.
