OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) Police continue to make major breaks in the Sept. 18 deadly shooting near 60th and L streets that has witnesses believing it started as road rage.

After investigators announced the arrest of Michael Benson, 24, for being an accessory to a felony Monday, he's expected to appear in court Tuesday morning inside Douglas County jail.

The development follows the discovery of a Chevy Silverado found by police, which investigators say it's the same one seen leaving the crime scene based on video surveillance.

3 News Now spoke to department spokesperson Ofc Michael Pecha who urged the public to come forward with information of an additional suspect and call the homicide unit or Crime Stoppers at (402) 444-STOP.
