OMAHA, Neb. (Omaha World-Herald) — Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald are reporting that murder suspect Aubrey Trail now faces an additional charge in relation to the Sydney Loofe case.
On Thursday, prosecutors filed a request to add the charge of conspiracy to commit murder. Trail was previously charged with first-degree murder.
Court prosecutors allege that Trail and his girlfriend Bailey Boswell spent months looking for a victim to murder.
