UPDATE, 2 p.m: Just over 400 people in Douglas County without power and still more than 1,300 affected in Saunders County.
UPDATE, 1 p.m: There are still a little less than 2,000 people without power, a majority of which are in Saunders County.
UPDATE, 9 a.m: There are still around 2,800 affected by the outage and there are now around 1,100 affected in Douglas County and a little more than 1,600 affected in Saunders.

After reporting around 1,400 affected customers in Saunders County around 6 a.m. this morning, that number has been upped to more than 3,000 without power, according to OPPD.
Saunders County has more than 1,600 without power and Douglas County has around 1,400 without power. OPPD says the outages were caused by winds and ice.
