Fresh off Monday night's presidential debate, Republican nominee Donald Trump will make a campaign stop in Council Bluffs on Wednesday.
Trump will hold a rally at the Mid-America Center at 3 p.m.. Doors will open to the public at Noon. Trump plans to to launch Iowa Christian Conservatives for Trump and encourage supporters to cast their ballots when Iowa begins early voting on Thursday. The visit comes just days after a Reuters/Ipsos Poll showed Trump up 51% to 41% versus Hillary Clinton in Iowa.
Speakers at the rally will include faith leaders Tamara Scott and Steve Scheffler, both co-chairs of Iowa Christian Conservatives for Trump, as well as Trump Iowa Coalitions Director Rev. Jamie Johnson and Senior Advisor Tana Goertz.

On the debate Trump said he "really enjoyed it" and that it was certainly an interesting evening. He noted the ratings, saying it was one of the biggest shows in television. He added he knew it would be a big night. Trump claimed he had "won" the night, listing polls where he said he came out on top.
Hillary Clinton says she was thrilled with Monday night's debate and is also claiming victory.
According to early Nielsen ratings, television viewership for the first face off between the two presidential candidates is set to approach 80 million.
