COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — President Trump will return to the metro area next week.
Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald report the President will take a tour of Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy in Council Bluffs next Tuesday.
The President is expected to focus on the finalization of the year-round E-15 rule.
Last October, President Trump held a rally nearby at the Mid America Center.
Since his presidential campaign kicked off back in 2015, this will be Trump's 40th visit to Iowa, and his fifth to Council Bluffs. One of those visits includes a weekend campaign stop on the same day as former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton back in 2016.
It is not yet known whether next Tuesday's event is open to the public.
