OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — An Omaha police officer is one of two people injured after a car crash near 180th and West Center Road.
A "help an officer" call was issued just after 2 a.m. Monday.
Police say a driver hit the police cruiser after going through a red light, causing major damage to the passenger side of the cruiser.
Paramedics say both injuries are serious, but not life-threatening.
