COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — The Council Bluffs Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a 13-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl who ran away from Children's Square USA in Council Bluffs.
The teens, David Jorgensen and Elizabeth Cuffman, were last seen around 6:10 p.m. Friday in the area of 500 N 7th St.
They ran from the location with an 8-year-old and a 9-year-old who have since been found, according to Council Bluffs police.
