The search has ended for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's next Chancellor.
University President Hank Bounds is scheduled to announce the selection of the next Chancellor Wednesday afternoon at 4 p.m.. Bounds' selection will replace outgoing Chancellor Harvey Perlman, who announced plans last April to step down as Chancellor and return to the faculty of the law school.
Bounds' selection is subject to the Board of Regents approval.
