OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — On Wednesday, we reported that an unlicensed midwife was facing charges after a baby she was attempting to deliver died. At the time, she was being held without bond for charges of child abuse resulting in death. Today she's appearing in court to see if a judge will allow her to bond out.
