The man involved in the shooting near 18th and Victor has died, police have confirmed to 3 News Now.
Police say the victim, who was identified as 36-year-old Robert Vargs, had been shot in the legwhen they arrived at the scene just after midnight.
He was transferred to Nebraska Medicine where he died this morning.
