Sarpy County deputies say a Bellevue man who was reported missing has been located.
Deputies say Otoniel Castro-Garibay has been located at the Douglas County Jail. The online inmate locator shows Castro-Garibay was admitted to the jail around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday April 6th on charges of lewd conduct and indecent exposure. His bond is set at $10,000.
Castro-Garibay was last seen around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6th near his home in the area of 25th and Hogantown in Bellevue. Family members say he left without a phone, money or a vehicle.
