Vandalism has forced the closing of Graske Crossing along the Elkhorn River, near West Dodge Road.

The area is one of three canoe access parks managed by the Papio NRD on the Elkhorn River in Douglas County.
Papio-Missouri River NRD has closed the area after substantial vandalism occurred overnight Thursday, according to a press release from the district.
In addition to tree damage, recreation signs and restrooms were reportedly destroyed and other signs knocked down.
It is not known at this time when the site will reopen.
