The State Fire Marshal has identified the victim of a deadly apartment fire in Plattsmouth Saturday night.
Investigators say 63 year old Paulla Redding-Weeks of Plattsmouth died from smoke inhalation. Smoking materials were determined to be the cause of the fire at South Park Apartments near 10th and Lincoln Streets.
Although the fire was contained to one apartment, smoke from the fire filled the building and forced 25 to 30 residents to spend the night at Plattsmouth High School,
