OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — UPDATE: 3/13/20

The Omaha Police Department says the victim, 24-year-old Jade Lea, has died from his injuries. Jermaine Finley has been booked for 1st Degree Murder.

Police say an additional arrest has been made in connection to the shooting of Jade Lea.

23-year-old Dejion Smith has been booked for Conspiracy to Discharge Firearm.

Omaha Police Investigators have arrested three in connection with a shooting that left 24-year-old Jade Lea in extremely critical condition Monday.

Jermaine Finley, 23, was booked into Douglas County Corrections for 1st Degree Assault, Two counts of Use of a Weapon, Discharge and Conspiracy to Discharge Firearm.

Trevian Harris, 19, was booked into Douglas County Corrections for Conspiracy to Discharge Firearm

Jordon Miller, 24, was booked into Douglas County Corrections for Conspiracy to Discharge Firearm.

On Monday night, police located a shooting victim in "extremely critical condition" near 49th and Maple Streets.

The victim, 24-year-old Jade Lea, was located near the 2700 block of North 49th Street and was transported by medics to Nebraska Medical Center with "life threatening injuries."

Police responded to area at 6:42 p.m. and have provided no other information at this time. They ask anyone with information about the shooting call
