Nebraska voters will decide the future of the state's Medicaid program in November.
Challenging the proposal's language, a Lancaster County District Court judge dismissed a lawsuit that aimed to block the expansion of Medicaid in the state from going before Nebraska voters.
Supporters say the measure, if successful, would provide health coverage to 90,000 low-income Nebraskans.
Last Friday, Secretary of State John Gale confirmed a petition drive that had gathered more than 100,000 valid signatures, forcing the vote.
