OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood emergency due to a surge of water resulting from an ice jam break up. Residents need to evacuate now along the areas pictured in below tweet.
Update 1:45 p.m. - A flash flood warning will continue for Fremont, Ashland and North Bend until 4:45 p.m. according to the the National Weather Service's latest tweet:
