OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Waste Management reports today that all trash and yard waste collections will be complete today and they will be back on schedule starting Monday.
If your trash and yard waste has not been collected by the end of the day Saturday, you can report it to the mayor's hotline by e-mail at hotline@cityofomaha.org, Omahahotline.com, or by phone at 402-444-5555.
Recycling pickups resumed on Thursday. Waste Management requested to suspend recycling collection last Friday, so Waste Management could use the recycling collection trucks to pick up garbage and yard waste and prevent any further delays.
Waste Management says the wet conditions and storms last week were a contributing factor to the suspension.
