LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts delivered his State of the State address Thursday.
Following his address, the governor is expected to visit Grand Island, Scottsbluff, North Platte, Norfolk and Fremont on Thursday and Friday.
