OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The City of Plattsmouth has issued an immediate Water Emergency.
"All non-sanitary, non-essential use of water must be discontinued.
The water treatment plan in the area has been "inundated with rising flood waters."
The plant will be shut down as soon as possible to avoid any further damage.
