The $89 million parking garage project is in full swing at Eppley Airfield.
The facilities, which are part of a master plan the airport completed in 2013, is based on passenger traffic, and traffic has been high.
In 2016, nearly 4.3 million people traveled through Eppley. Officials say the garage, which will have 3,000 stalls and be have six floors, is being built for the future and facilitating the growth of the airport.
Despite winter coming, work isn't slowing down. Airport officials say the project is on time and on budget with an expected completion date in 2019.
