The Winnebago Indians' hopes at a second straight Nebraska basketball championship are still alive. After training The West Holt Huskies 18-23 at the half, the Indians closed the first round game Thursday 64-43.
A capacity crowd packed into Lincoln Southeast High School. NSAA officials moved the game to a bigger venue because of the expected crowds. The first people lined up around 3 p.m. Thursday. The line stretched around the building and through the parking lot when the doors opened just after 7 p.m.
