With roadways all over the state blanketed with snow and ice, there were several accidents on Nebraska's major highways.
According to a release from the Nebraska State Patrol, there were 75 accidents and 375 motorist assists, many of those are for people who become stranded. Additionally, there were two pile-ups on I-80 that included more than 10 vehicles.
The NSP also reported one fatal accident, which occurred in Kimball County at around 4:45 p.m.
