OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - Omaha firefighters braved the cold when a home near 41st and Mason caught fire around lunch time Thursday and sent an elderly woman to the hospital.
The fire department tells us the woman was in her bedroom when the fire started in the living room. She's in critical condition.
KMTV is told her son who was in the basement at the time of the fire will be fine.
