Investigators are trying to identify a woman’s body found in the Missouri River near Nebraska City Monday evening.
The Nebraska State Patrol says troopers are working with the Otoe County Sheriff’s Office and Nebraska Game and Parks Commission in the investigation.
Officials say the woman’s body was discovered around 7 p.m. Monday in the Missouri River, south of Nebraska City.
An autopsy has been ordered by the Otoe County Attorney.
