A man who failed to return to a Council Bluffs work release center on Sunday is back in custody.
26 year old Colton Benson-Blaine was booked into the Pottawatamie County Jail early Wednesday morning. The Iowa Corrections Department says Benson-Blaine did not return from his job as scheduled.
Benson-Blaine has been serving time since 2011 for convictions which include voluntary manslaughter.
